Before your child starts at the daycare you will have an introductory interview with his or her mentor. In this talk you will evaluate the answers given in this form and do you have the opportunity to enlighten those answers.
If you are not sure what answer to give or if you want more information before you answer the question, you can leave the question empty. This question will be taken into account during the introductory interview. Based on the information given during this interview the mentor will make additions to the answers already given. After the interviewyou will receive a copy of the form including the additions of the mentor made during the interview.
